"Over rated place for an apartment"

The apartament is located near to the beach and was clean

The staff wasn't supportive at all. Since we arrived we bought some stuff to cook in home and later we realised that the induction hub is not functional. We gave message at the number provided and we didn't get any response. Later, after we insisted so much someone pick up and said that cannot help as she is at a conference. We ask for the WiFi network and password and she didn't have an answer for that. No other call was made from their side to ask how is going. No locks on any door, even for bathroom. No microwave, and no more toilet paper than half of role for 3 people. Except the towels (1 big and 1 medium) you won't find anything else in the bathroom. Because we didn't have a place to cook we spend extra money for eating outside.
