Letti buoni ma non comodissimi. Scomodo il check out alle 9 di mattina, avrei preferito almeno alle 10. Un bagno solo in 6 è poco, ma va bene.

Das Krisenmanagement war suboptimal. Unsere Fähre fiel wegen der Windverhältnisse aus, wir kamen an einen anderen Elbahafen. Von dort brauchten wir ein Taxi, um erst nach Portoferraio zu fahren. Das gestaltete sich schwierig, sodass wir mehrere Stunden am Hafen in Rio Marina warten mussten. Das Office war zu, trotzdem wir die Zusage hatten, dass man auf uns warten würde. Wir mussten dann in ein Hotel gehen. Dann kam die Nachricht, dass wir doch noch den Schlüssel holen könnten. Chaos pur, das nicht zufriedenstellend gemanaget wurde! Der Tag weniger in der Ferienwohnung wurde uns nicht erstattet.

Veľmi pekný a úhľadne uprataný apartmán. Veľmi blízko centra mesta.

Trochu chaos v odpadoch. V meste nie sú odpadkové koše, museli sme sa pýtať susedov, ako sa zbavujú smetí. Ak to urobíte zle, hrozí mastná pokuta. WiFi tam nie je. Check-in je možný len niekoľko hodín denne (poobede len 2 hodiny), ak prídete neskôr, hrozí pokuta. Na trajekty pritom je takmer nemožné sa dostať a môžte byť radi, ak sa Vám podarí zabookovať jedno miesto na auto na niektorý trajekt, lebo všetky ostatné sú plne odsadené. Nemôžte si vyberať. Do stránkových hodín je takmer nemožné sa trafiť. Nehovoriac o tom, že trajekty meškajú aj hodinu. Je dobré si urobiť video alebo fotky celého apartmánu na začiatku aj na konci pobytu, aby ste sa aspoň nejak vedeli chrániť, keby vám chceli zobrať depozit. Nám ho na šťastie nezobrali, ale funguje to tak, že ho stiahnu z vášho účtu a potom, ak uznajú za vhodné, po týždni po opustení apartmánu (ktorý skontrolujú len oni) vám ho vrátia alebo nie. Turisti sú tak prakticky vystavení svojvôli majiteľa. Takže odhliadnuc od týchto veľmi stresujúcich faktorov, to bolo fajn.

Excellent location which is close to all amenities but on a quiet road. Small InCoop supermarket only 5 minutes walk away (beware afternoon closing hours). Despite being told initially that they keys should be collected in Portoferraio, they allowed us to collect the keys and drop them off it at an agency office in Marina di Campo instead. The agents we dealt with were very helpful and spoke good English. They allowed us to check in earlier than the stated 16:00 time. For the two bedrooms we needed, the base price of Casa Carlotta was half the price of staying in a hotel in the same town, but beware the extra cost for bedding & towels. We didn't experience any problems with a lack of hot water mentioned by another reviewer.

Check out time of 08:30 to 09:00 is rather early. The mattresses weren't the best, but we slept OK. There is a TV but it is located in the dining area, rather than in the living room. We booked via the website, and this didn't inform us in advance that the keys should be collected in Portoferraio and not in Marina di Campo. We found later that the Android phone app does say this, in the "Policies" section.
