Great location and very quiet complex. Would not suit a young group (noise restriction hours) or young family (pool restrictions, no inflatables etc.) but was ideal for us with our young adult children. Very good cooking facilities, all the plates, cups, glasses and pots and pans you could need. Great to have a washing machine and dishwasher plus good cleaning equipment. very handy having the basics on arrival too. Water, washing up liquid, soap and toilet roll in the bathrooms etc. Supermarket on your doorstep and beach a couple of minutes walk. Easy to park and lots of local restaurants and shops.

Very little really, only a few little pesky ants that kept invading the kitchen if you were not really thorough with your cleaning after dinner. Table on the balcony was a little small for four of us, but knit picking really. the apartment is great!

The apartment was very comfortable and close to the beach, shops and restaurants. It was also nice to take a dip in the pool. The facilities were modern and communication was good. Would recommend!

There is a steep hill to get back to the apartment but Tenerife is a hilly island!

Swimming pool

The address was not given properly. Taxis could not find it. There is no house numbers. El Cardon difficult to find. I asked the owner to come to street to meet us.

The development is very quiet - some older people live here The best thing is the location - it's a 5 minute walk to Las Americas and 10 to Los Cristianos Absolutely no need for cars or taxis 2 supermarkets are just around the corner It's a very clean and modern apartment Our host Guillermo met us when we arrived - when we asked for Beach Towels he went out and bought new ones for us The shared swimming pool was very nice and not busy

Lack of air/room fans or air-conditioning as the apartment got very hot quickly. Shower heads need updated or fixed onto the walls better.

my family had a great vacation at Mar Holiday Home. The location is great, near Mercadona, next to a great beach. I also liked the pool, there were always free sunbeds. The complex is locked, so there were no strangers. The atmosphere was very quiet and calm. It was easy contact staff and ask for help.

I wish there were more wall hooks in the bathrooms for towels and bathrobes. I recommend this apartment to everyone. You will have a very comfortable and quiet accomodation.
