Casa Laura Vivienda Vacacional

Lokalita skvělá, kousek na pláž i do centra. Jen je potřeba počítat s větším hlukem večer, dá se ale vyřešit zavřením oken do ložnic. Na ubytování k dispozici vše potřebné. Při příjezdu na uvítanou mísa ovoce, voda, víno 😊 Hostitelka byla vždy k dispozici.

Our hostess was kind and very helpful. On arrival she showed us quickly the apartment and gave us clear instructions. She also helped with locations to eat and beaches to visit. The apartment is clean and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. On the roof, we can wash our clothes and there the view is even better of the sea. There is water and coffee. Beds are comfortable to sleep in. Really cozy place, I would recommend. The location is perfect, you can walk to restaurants bars and also the beach. At night you do hear some noise from outside but manageble to sleep. The location is in the middle of the nightlife. Would recommend

L'appartement est grand, spacieux et très bien équipé. Il ne manque de rien.. La situation géographique est parfaite car beaucoup de restos, bars et discothèques proches et surtout la belle plage de Las Vistas d'où l'on peut accéder facilement à d'autres belles plages. La vue depuis la terrasse est parfaite en Décembre car le soleil tape de 8h30 à 16h environ.. Et que dire de Laura qui est très réactive au moindre problème ou question. Bref une très bonne adresse à recommander

Tutto. Pulizia estrema, gentilezza e disponibilità host (Laura stupenda). Zanzariere . Frigo con benvenuto clienti. Son presenti ventole nelle due comode camere da letto, tra l'altro ben oscurate. Acqua calda sempre disponibile. Letti comodi. Pentole e utensili nuovi o in ottime condizioni. Noi per il parcheggio abbiamo sempre trovato posto! Alla peggio aspetti 2 minuti la gente va e viene. Terrazza con lavanderia personale. Spiaggia di fronte con locali di ogni genere. Lenzuola , asciugamani bagno, ombrellone a disposizione. Grazie Laura per aver contribuito ad una vacanza comoda e rilassante.

Potrebbe essere scomodo per chi ha problemi o necessita' il fatto che non ci sia ascensore (altrimenti non problematico). Aria condizionata presente in soggiorno ma meglio per noi non averla diretta .

We really enjoyed our stay here! The apartment has a great location and a beautiful view from the terrace - we spent most of our time there. The host was wonderful and gave us a perfect introduction to the place, showing how everything works and where to find things. There was also a welcome gift of wine, snacks, and beer, which was such a nice touch. Everything was clean and comfortable, and we felt very at home. It's also possible to find parking nearby, especially in the evening when most beach visitors have already left.

The only small downside was that the air conditioner probably needs some maintenance, as it had an unpleasant smell when turned on. But since we spent most of our time on the terrace, it wasn't really a big issue.
