"Had a good time, stayed at dinastia before, just would not return to same room."

Comfortable bed, washing machine, dish washer.

Needs updating, family of 4 and only hot water for 5mins max for a shower. Lovely big balcony which has no sun at all, no curtains just nets so in morning it’s so bright. And a resident above has a dog that barks all night.

Comfortable beds.

🪳 cockroaches everywhere, absolutely ruined our stay. Far from the beach and restaurants. Old kitchen amenities.

Location was fantastic- I have been staying in the area for 20 years and I love the facilities for kids (kids land, Pasarela) and the local bars and restaurants. The apartment itself was nice and grew on me after a few days. It was originally a one bed converted into a two bed property, so a little small, but we had everything we needed. All English and Spanish TV channels available and a nice balcony that benefits from shade. Tatyana was very helpful. Well fumigated as not one cockroach or critter ☺️. Dinastia is a fabulous complex. The pool bar is so welcoming and friendly (thanks to Christie of course) and there are lots of areas for the kids to play safely. The pool is wonderful.

I have learned that I need air conditioning- particularly in August during a Calima. There is a fan in the bedroom, but it’s not enough, so I rented a fan from the business across the road. It was really stuffy and the kids struggled.
