Castillo Holiday Apartament- Puerta del Sol 191

The apartment is in a good location, overlooking the main pool. The main shopping and eating area is just round the corner Everything was clean, the collection of the keys and leaving them in a security box, when we left, was all effortless. Just outside the front door is a perfect hot little sun trap, for nearly all of the day and there are two drying racks, one on the wall. The TV offered plenty of English channels and series. The ( 2 single) beds were comfortable and there is a reasonable wardrobe and side drawer units. The shower was reasonably good. Plenty of extra blankets for when it gets colder. Good WhatsApp communication with the owner and Sara.

The apartment is small and the kitchenette is small with little space for food, so the fridge is in the living area. A "potential minus" is the small outside area which is filled with a square table, 4 chairs and one sun lounger (we had that, on its side, against the wall, to create space). With the drying rack in use, it's rather restricted. It is essentially a shared/split balcony with 192, so their only access is past this apartment. You have to be on fairly good terms with the neighbours. Fortunately, we had lovely non-smoking neighbours but it would have been a major issue had they been smokers/vapers which would have made the restricted outside area intolerable. External factors: The local Saxophone Bar has live afternoon/early evening acts and you will hear it. The usual inane early morning idiots are rife, claiming loungers by the pool by throwing towels on them, as soon as the pool opens.

I've just got back from this amazing apartment and I couldn't be happier with my stay! This place in Caleta de Fuste was just perfect. The location is spot on - Bailey's Gym is just 2 minutes away on foot, and there are loads of restaurants and bars just around the corner. It's only 10 minutes from the airport by car, but surprisingly peaceful. The beach is an easy 6-minute walk away. Mercadona is 5 min by car, but you have supermarket near the complex too. The apartment was super clean and had everything I needed. Having pool was fantastic - great for cooling off! I loved sitting on the balcony with my morning coffee and in the evenings just chilling out with wine. Caleta de Fuste is perfect starting location for cyclists. Everything felt really safe and secure, which was important to me traveling alone. The kitchen had all I needed when I wanted to cook, and the WiFi worked great. It was really good value for money too. I have to mention Maria, the owner - she was wonderful! She helped me out right from the start, even before I checked in, and was always there if I needed anything or wanted suggestions about the area. I'll definitely be coming back! This place is a real find.

The only suggestion I would make is that a coffee maker would be a nice addition to the kitchen - especially for coffee lovers like me!

Excellent location… very clean and tidy . All amenities within a few minutes walk.. apartment was poolside.

Location was brilliant, complex was clean and friendly, very well placed for the resort. Loved that the host went out of the way to check if everything was ok. Special thanks for meeting us on site after we were delayed. Also the little touches in the apartment, nice bottle of wine, water, and washing up liquid and condiments. Would highly recommend staying here. Also well placed for early morning runs if thats your thing. Baileys gym excellent friendly gym also, 1 minute walk away.

I was positively surprised by the condition and clean the apartment. Everything works in the apartment and we had everything we need. Maria and Sara are very nice people and helpful. There is many sports channels and all of sky sports channels.
