The apartment is situated within a lovely complex with a fantastic pool. It is very well equipped with every utensil and accessory needed. It is tired though.

The road outside the apartment is closed due to ongoing work. This means no taxi driver will drop off or pickup outside. You can get dropped off nearby I would ask for drop off at Happy Mondays pub and it is a short walk. Unfortunately our taxi driver dropped us off at the far end of the street meaning a fair walk. We spoke to the owner expressing disappointment at not knowing there would be accessibility issues. She was less than sympathetic but offered us a refund if we moved out within 3 hours. By this time it was 3pm on 31.12.23 and whilst I looked for alternative accommodation none was available. She unhelpfully suggested that I complain to Booking.com. The apartment I am sure has been fab in its day but is tired and in our opinion in need of some work. Doors don’t close due to raised tiles, tiles are severely chipped and the front door has an uneven gap at the bottom which lets the wind and elements in. The sofa was upheld by a couple of books and there was no lid for the bin. There is no cable TV it is merely Spanish freeview with no English channels. Whilst a lovely lady looks after and cleans the apartment to an acceptable level it is in need of deep clean especially outside and in the shower, which had mould and the extractor fan was dirty. We didn’t let this impact our enjoyment and whilst the apartment is tired in places we made do. We would not stay here again. From speaking to others and viewing other apartments in the complex we find we paid over the going rate for an apartment which didn’t match the quality of others around us. From the attitude I experienced when speaking to the owner I have no doubt my honest review will be questioned so I have uploaded a few photographs as examples.

Lovely little apartment everything you needed was available. Perfect location 2 min stroll to main parade of shops and restaurants.

A shame it is at the back of complex patio area in the shade all day. Was a little cold at night a heater would be good this time of year.

The property is well situated, nice and quiet, with a community vibe. Everyone is friendly and everything you need is close by. The apartment has a nice patio to relax in and everything you need inside

A yoga mat would have been beneficial

value for money. all facilities needed. hot shower. comfy bed. clean and tidy.

whole resort could do with a lick of paint . Too many cats.
