Neptuno 12

The property was located near to all restaurants, bars and shopping. Beach was walking distance over a couple of roads (not too busy)and it was all pedestrianised and lovely. It had a washing machine, cooking facilities and Wi-Fi so we could log into Netflix etc to get films etc in English.

Basic conditions but value for money. Only one gripe really which was a new mop needed but am sure the cleaner would use a decent one to clean the place for new guests. We were happy with cleanliness on arrival.

Location was excellent 👌

Nothing exactly wrong but the whole place needs some tlc. Examples, had to tie the shower head to the pole with the curtain tie back as it didn't stay up, skirting around the whole apartment was cracked and worn, tiles in shower tray all broken, just a hole in the wall of the living area above the kitchen units for the bathroom vent so not very private in the bathroom when others in the living area. And just being picky now but sun loungers on the terrace would have been perfect.

Excellent central location but not overly noisy. Spotlessly clean. Filter coffee machine, washing machine and a good variety of crockery /cutlery. Excellent water pressure in the shower and lots of very hot water. New TV that accepted our external hard drive (first one we've had in Fuerte) Nice and secure as can lock the gate to the property

Tiny niggles only... Pillows not the best and only a standing fan to cool the air. This was fine in the winter month we stayed but would be very uncomfortable in the summer.

a ramp inside gate. it would be impossible for mobility scooter.
