Cozy design studio near Nai Harn beach

Very friendly host. Nice comfy room like on the picture (not new anymore but well maintained). Great location. Very practical flat. Laundry machine (incl detergent). Fast and reliable WIFI. Recommended

That one needs to provide a cash deposit is a little bit strange for us but we got the money back at the of our stay

Very cozy, clean interior. The property owners went above and beyond to provide all of the essentials. There’s a small kitchen area to make yourself food if you wish. There’s also a gym and pool in the building, which is a major plus if you want to get a workout in. Additionally, there’s a washer with detergent. The location is fantastic. There are many restaurants within walking distance (the cafe at the end of the street was great), and you’re about a 15-20 minute walk from the beach. There are also good quality grocery stores/mini marts within walking distance.

Although the property was very clean, we noticed a lot of small ants that were hard to get rid of.

Great little appartment with a great design and everything you could need and a nice rooftop pool. Elana the owner was very helpful. Walking distance from a few nice beaches with good snorkeling. If you want to eat excellent thai food for a very low price near the appartment, I recommend Mom Restaurant.

Perfectly located and fully equipped studio, absolutely perfect for one person ( or maybe a couple ). Clean, well-designed, big bathroom and shower, it s a real gem in this area, inside a famous condominium. There is a fantastic coffee /breakfast spot just outside and it s walking distance from the lake ( perfect for a walk or morning run ) and the beach! I will for sure rent it again ! The host Elena is polite, efficient and very kind!

I just won't recommend this space if you count on spending lots of time inside the studio since it quite tiny. Also, the design and disposition of the furniture ( small tables, two stairs to reach the bed) might not suit big/tall people.

Clean rooms with nice decor.. The shower is spacious and the space used well. Rooftop pool was nice, gym below average but most are in Phuket, location is as close to perfect for the price you will ever get, location is a major win, near beach, lake, seven eleven and restaurants all within walking distance.

All positives minus the gym, it has broken equipment and is not great for strength equipment. Cardio equipment is good though, but not what I am personally after.

Tha condo although tiny it was perfectly equiped.

The wc needed clogging twice

Elena is a really kind and helpful person, her appartement is super clean, new and everything you need is there ! Last but not least the location is just perfect walking distance from the beautiful beach and nice coffees
