Excellent communication. Bed was big and comfy. Shower pressure was excellent! Great kitchen. (Dixie Brown’s do great food - especially bread and butter pudding!).

There was hydraulic drilling going on all day at the adjacent apartments so we ended up cutting our stay short. We were able to get a refund as we weren’t able to relax in the room, or the pool and spa so made sure we stayed out of the room during the day (not always easy as it pissed down most of the time). Shelley was lovely and understanding - we would definitely go back and stay - would just make sure there were no renovations going on. Also the gym was unavailable - could be a blessing in disguise though 😂
