Sea Path Apartment

The location has positive vibes and added value to our stay. The garden is a heavenly place and offers the serenity of every evenimg and the perfect set-up for each breakfast. The apartment is very spacious and includes all that a guest might need. It feels like home thanks to all the utilities, devices that anyone might need. The owner is wonderful person and bests all the previous owners of all the locations we were accomodated in Greece before. At our arrival, the kitchen included butter, ham, cheese, bread, tosted bread, cereals, honey, water, juice, olive oil, salt and pepper, kitchen towels, napkins, wet wipes and other stuffs that you might need. If we decide to come back in the sorroundings, we will come back to stay at Sea Path apartment. Thank you, Soti!

nice and clean apartment with great view

We really enjoyed the terrace that comes with this place. It has a beautiful view of Thasos, a lovely table with bench/seats and a big umbrella. Both the terrace and the apartment are spacious, have nice details in the design and also practically - for example there are anti-insects doors, candles, etc. The kitchen has really everything you can think of, so it is very convenient to cook. There were all kinds of cups, cutlery, mixers (so you can make a smoothie), pans… It is a highly functioning kitchen with lots of space, so it is pleasant to cook there. The owner Soti had left jam and butter for us when we arrived, as well as plenty of coffee capsules, so we really enjoyed our coffee in the morning on the terrace. Parking is available on the street and is safe. The property as a whole is a nice place to be and we were happy with the view we got every morning! We also had a lot of space to do yoga in the garden, which was great.

Unfortunately, we had a few things that were not working and this made the stay stressful and at times unpleasant. Firstly, the water stopped due to a problem in the area, which took most of the day to fix and happened again the next morning. This is really sucky, but it was not something the owner could have done anything about. Soti got us some drinking water, which was nice of her. Secondly, the internet disappeared randomly at one point and the router needed to be reset. Thirdly, there was no warm water the third day and the boiler upstairs needed to be reset - when this was done, the warm water came back. Finally, on the day we left we were enjoying a cup of coffee outside and the owner’s dog (who lives upstairs) was barking like crazy for a long time. We therefore decided to leave earlier. All in all - there were some things that just required attention, calling, fixing, wandering if we would have water (for some time noone knew if the water problem would ve fixed that day or not). I regret choosing this place for this holiday, because I had a special occasion and really wanted to have a couple of days of enjoyment and relax, which was not the case at all. We paid a slightly higher price for this place (in comparison with other places to stay) exactly because we wanted to celebrate, but ended up with no water to even flush the toilet (pretty gross) and the owner did not suggest any compensation, which was a bit weird, given the severity of the problem. We felt she was thinking more from her perspective (the water wasnt her fault, which is true) and not from her guests’ perspective (we had invested time and money in enjoying a holiday there). I think for a regular stay (no special occasion) it is doable to deal with things like this. If there are no unforeseen circumstances and everything works, this is a lovely place to stay.

Very nice place! Clean, comfortable with fantastic sea view and outdoor area. There is everything to feel like home.Soti is a very kind.

Very beautiful huge apartment! It has its own garden with amazing sea view. There is a private beach nearby. I would come back for sure!
