Complete equipment including washing machine and dishwasher, some are older but fully functional. Plenty of space. The ground floor apartment we stayed in is very well shaded by a balcony and plants, so it was pleasant even without the air conditioning on. Quality blackout curtains. Quiet location (dead end street) - we slept with the windows open. You can have breakfast on the terrace, there is shade in the morning and very pleasant. The owner is very helpful - he helped us with the barbecue. The beach is about 5 minutes away whether you go left or right - just be aware that you are on a slight hill (like most of the Croatian coast). About 5 minutes walk to the Lidl store - very useful. About 10 minutes walk to the city center - beware of the big hill :)

TV only in the kitchen, it would be more useful in the bedroom ;)
