The owner is very nice and friendly person. The location is fantastic! the sea front view from the balcony is very beautiful day and night. You can see the San Marino island right in front of you. The beach and town centre are very close walking distance. highly recommended for families.

Nice view from balcony!

Almost impossible to sleep on upper floor without air-conditioning and you have to pay additional charge to use it.

"I really liked this stay and would reccommend it to you."

The host was very nice and friendly, always ready to help or have a little chat. :) The apartment was clean, with its own terrace and a lovely garden, also with its own parking lot. It was located 7 minutes by walk from the nearest beach and promenade. To get to the city centre you had to walk for a bit longer but it was a nice walk.

I would prefer having a shower that you can close while showering so that water is not all around the bathroom, but you could solve it by putting a towel on the floor.
