Anchors Rest

Kitchen was well equipped. Beach towels, bath towels& hand towels for ea guest- unheard off! Inverter lasted right through the load shedding. Complimentary basket was a good welcome. The staff onsite were very welcoming and very helpful and kept out of sight. We felt very safe with the alarm and external beams. Location and entrance to the beach was amazing. Best accommodation in the South Coast so far!!!

I loved the location. Right next to the beach. I also loved the spaciousness of the accommodation. There was a wonderful welcome pack left for us as we arrived. The accommodation also had kitchen detergents for hand washing dishes as well as using the dishwasher. The accommodation is not far from a shopping mall and other outlets.

The water was cut on the second day we were there, and the owners had to switch to JoJo tanks for the rest of the week. Although there was efficiency of water throughout the rest of the accommodation, our en-suit toilet did not flush very well. The lady that was meant to do basic cleaning came on the Monday. We asked her to come back the next day, and then did not see her till Friday. Aparently, she was sick, but no one informed me. Only when we saw the grounds man on the Thursday did he tell us. However, the dishwasher also helped us to not stand around doing too many dishes.

Great value for money. Extremely convenient for family time and fun on the beach. Great facilities and rooms.

The unexpected Welcome Pack :-)

No bathroom doors, but I still loved the the place.

From entrance, venue was super clean abd very welcoming. The touch with the Welcome basket, thought was really a nice touch. Home away from home, didnt need to carry anything extra.....braai area fully kitted, even the potjie pot was available. 👌👌

The stay was too short.

Very well laid out property. Excellent facilities. Clean and modern. Good security
