Fabulous views, beautiful location, lovely restaurant next door

Wow! What a location! You walk out of your spacious room to an even bigger private terrace with a table chairs and lounge chairs. The coffee maker, frig, and other kitchen supplies were all in an outdoor kitchen area. The views from up there were spectacular. The beach is about 150 meters from your front door. Agios Prokopios is one of the most beautiful beaches on Naxos. It is very popular and can get crowded. But you have a private parking space and your own lounge chairs. It couldn't be more convenient. We rented a car to get to the town for dinner and the grocery store. That would be helpful if you choose to stay for more than a few days. There is a restaurant on the property that has good food and great service.

I liked everything!

Location and view were incredible. Literally 10 metres from the door to the beach. Great snorkelling around the point out front. Large room with king bed, comfy pillows and beautiful decor. Loved being able to sunbathe on our private terrace overlooking the beach. Aircon and fan was a great combination. Loved having the mini kitchenette to make brekky and snacks and they gave us lots of coffee pods for the coffee machine. Transfer to and from the airport was very helpful and the team were responsive and friendly.

There was just a few small maintenance issues like the shower head was broken. There are lots of lights in the room that can’t be turned off like at the door, air con etc so needed an eye mask to sleep. Some basics like olive oil for cooking would be great so don’t need to buy. And just be aware it’s about 20 or so mins walk down to the shops and most restaurants (although there is one restaurant next door). We are very active and enjoy walking so this wasn’t an issue for us but something to note if you struggle walking long distances.

This has to be one of the best views in Naxos! Not even a 30 second walk down to the beach, what more can you ask for. The facilities were great, check in was seamless and the transfer to and from the port was a great perk.

Apart from the one restaurant next door, it is about a 15mins walk to any other food. This was also the walk required to catch a bus into town

Absolutely loved our stay at Avali, the view is incredible aswell as the room itself I couldn’t fault it at all. The little restaurant right next door was amazing also, super convenient for times you just wanted a quick snack or drink. The staff were amazing, they replied to every question I had straight and were very helpful. I would highly rec staying at avali

The location and view!!!!! Just Fabulous. Staff made everything seamless. I couldn’t fault it. Office right by the marina. On departure they dropped us back at office. Room made up every day. The balcony was perfect. Would go back in a heartbeat

It overlooks the most beautiful beach in Naxos, which is steps away to swim. Magnificent sea view from your bed which flows onto a lovely deck with loungers and kitchen and seating area. Very nice and private with delicious food at the tavern/restaurant alongside. Owners reside above and are very helpful and friendly, as are the restaurant staff. There are nice restaurants just a walk across the beach. Transfers from the Port are included, which makes a big difference. (There is a drying rack for clothing, which is helpful if travelling with just carry-on and needing to wash a few things.)

Restaurants are limited if you don’t want to walk across the beach.

The location was beautiful and private. You need a car if you want to do any exploring. I guess if you come in the summer and want to relax by the beach you wouldn't need a car but there are no restaurants or grocery stores close by.

We would have loved having a breakfast provided. Coffee was provided but we had to get milk at the store.
