Excellent location. Across street from Publix shopping center 5 minute walk to beach.

Great deal but no outside amenities or place to relax and enjoy.

Generally speaking I liked everything... Location is perfect - close to the store and the beach. On a side of the busy roads (very quiet place). Inside was good too - mostly everything in the kitchen... The bed was perfect for me (I have back pains, so it was very important for me)...

First of all, there was no laundry... When you rent it for a couple of days, maybe that's okay. However, we were there for 11 nights So, we needed that. Moreover, some of the tenants were asking about that too. Towels - kind of cheap ones... using this once, it gets wet, and there is no place to dry stuff... and again, for 11 nights with the same towels... My opinion is that they should be changed at least every 3-4 days... Bathroom - the main concern was, there was no fan, and after taking shower, it was very humid. Opening the window was the only option... and, I understand, the place is for rent, but when pay such money, expectations are a bit higher... I mean the interior - it looks a bit old. Some renovation will change the view. Conclusion: Would I rent this place again? Most likely Yes... It's all about the price... Would I recommend this place to my friends? Definitely Yes!

great location for groceries pharmacy etc.....beach is very close....apt has everything you need....

everything was good really.....apt has very little natural light.....night life in the LBTS town is a bit of a walk (about a mile walk each way)

Excellent location - steps away from the grocery store, pharmacy and the beach. Quiet and residential feel. Walking distance from Commercial where there are lots of restos & bars. Equipped with everything you need for the kitchen etc. The owners were very responsive when we had a couple of minor issues.

The actual bed could be a tad more comfortable, not to say I didn't sleep well. A little outdoor space is always nice but how the apts are laid out is likely not possible. But a clothesline outside to hang bathing suits & beach towels would be useful.

Keyless entry door pads were a huge plus. No fumbling for keys. Lots of room and floor space. Very clean and nicely decorated. Full kitchen with full-size appliances. Great location to beach, Publix and restaurants. Free Circuit transportation to your front door and around the area. Free use of full washer and dryer. Very quiet area. No rowdiness.

I like the fact that the mattress was covered; I just wish it was more comfortable.

Accommodations were great for the price. Location was convenient for us. Liked the keyless entry system.

Needs a little more supplies, pot holders, drying rack, dish towels etc. Bed wasn't very comfortable and squeaked when you moved around. Didn't use the dishwasher because the door gasket was loose. Would have liked a little better area to sit outside.
