Superb Basement close to the Gaylord MGM Outlets National Harbor

The proximity to the Gaylord was very convenient, and I loved the quiet surroundings. The host was communicative and provided everything I needed.

The room was a little cold when we first arrived but the heater solved that well enough rather quickly. There isn't a great direct driving route from the Gaylord to the room, but it's hardly an issue.

There was no breakfast. The bed was comfortable. I liked the bar area and layout of the kitchen.

There was not sufficient light to go downstairs and enter the house. The area was very dark and it could have been hazardous if someone fell down the steps. The floors were not very clean and needed some sweeping. There was a dead bug on the floor. There was coffee, but no cream. It really was not a two bedroom apartment. The floor plan was open and no privacy between the 2 bed spaces. There should have been a partition between the spaces. We had 1 more additional guest to join us and was charged an extra $100 that we had to leave in cash at the end of the stay. I felt that this amount was excessively high.
