Super Dachwohnung in bester Lage. Sehr geschmackvolle, hochwertige Ausstattung. Ruhig.

"Komfort i gwarancja dobrze spędzonych wakacji"

Przestronny, wygodny apartament w samym centrum pięknej Riva del Garda. Na półkach wiele ciekawych książek, aż żałowałam, że nie znam włoskiego :) W uliczce obok niepozorna piekarnia z pysznym pieczywem, a szczególnie foccacią. W sąsiedztwie wiele wspaniałych miejsc na poranną kawę oraz restauracji z przepyszną włoską pizzą. Blisko, plaża i wypożyczalnie sprzętu wodnego a także trasy trekkingowe, farraty, piękne i klimatyczne miasteczka. Dużym plusem był podziemny parking bardzo blisko apartamentu. Właścicielka bardzo pomocna. Z wyprzedzeniem przesłała bardzo dokładną instrukcję odbioru klucza z sejfu oraz dojazdu do parkingu wraz z filmami instruktażowymi :) Byliśmy 9 dni i były to jedne z najlepszych wakacji.

Prijs is absoluut gunstig, centrale ligging, levendige atmosfeer in centrum, dichtbij alles, ruim, schoon. Vriendelijke/behulpzame eigenares, goede uitleg wat betreft sleutel en parkeren op prive parkeerplaats in ondergrondse parkeergarage.

Appartement is op de 4de verdieping, geen lift, en ligt in ZTL, dus de auto mag het centrum niet in, parkeerplek is 250m lopen, dus wel iets om rekening mee te houden. Schoonmaak/service word uitgevoerd via de buren, die blijkbaar toegang hebben via t appartement via een 'verborgen deur' achter de kapstok bij de voordeur, we hadden een extra set lakens nodig en na wat berichten gestuurd te hebben werd er geklopt, maar dus niet op de voordeur... het was verder geen probleem.

The location of the apartment is just in the heart of the city, close to every spot. The apartment itself was very cosy. The host is very helpful and friendly.

Lack of air conditioning (the apartment is on the 4th floor), but there were two column fans that helped a bit.

Spacious, clean and cosy apartament with a good view. Close parking.

It would be perfect to have a washing machine and a Kettle.
