No tiene persianas, es interior y tiene muy poca luz. Los vecinos del piso de arriba hacen ruido de noche. La cafetera esta rota y tiene pocas cosas

Pas de petit déjeuner, l'emplacement est difficile à trouver mais assez bien situé.

Vue sur des murs! Aucun aménagement pour faciliter la vie ex pas de tablette ou crochet dans salle de bain ou dans entrée. Le sofa est exécrable. Les voisins bruyants.

El apartamento es muy bonito y la ubicación para ir al Kursaal.

La wiffi no funciona bien y la cafetera esta rota. Solo hay 2 toallas de baño.

"Great location, but overall a very disappointing stay due to poor comfort, missing amenities, and lack of communication."

The location is excellent, very close to the beach and the Gros area.

Directions to the apartment were unclear, it mentioned in instructions going to 2nd floor, but it’s on the 1st floor. The electronic lock only worked intermittently due to poor cell signal, making arrival stressful. The apartment was advertised with a washing machine; one of the main reasons we booked as we had a baby, but it wasn’t accessible (hidden behind a cupboard door that couldn’t be opened). This was only clarified the day before we left after a weeks stay. WiFi was unreliable, constantly dropping out. A travel cot was provided but with no instructions, which was difficult after a long journey with a baby. Comfort was poor: the bed was extremely uncomfortable, with only a sheet and bare duvet (no cover, unhygienic if reused between guests). The rest of the furniture was also uncomfortable, the ‘sofa’ and kitchen table/chairs. Basic items were missing: no tea towels, no chopping board, and only one hook for towels in the bathroom. Communication was a major letdown — messages to Sanse were largely ignored, leaving us to figure things out ourselves.

La ubicación ideal, el acceso también. Apartamento muy acogedor y buena calidad precio. Íbamos con un bebé y tenían una trona que no pedimos, lo que se agradece.

Si tengo que poner algo, tuvimos un problema con la cafetera y no tuve respuesta. El colchón podría ser más cómodo.
