Facility would be amazing in the summer, as it's so close to the beach. it's super close to the Katwijk car free shopping street and there a quite a few supermarkets within walking distance. We were there in winter, the room was nicely heated and there are air units so I imagine in summer will be cool. We didn't use it but here was a lovely balcony with seating.

My only gripe would be the small cupboard squashed away in one corner of the room, not easy to access and badly lit. There is no lift, and typical for traditional Dutch houses a very narrow steep staircase. Something to keep in mind if you have heavy suitcases or less mobility.

Quiet area, cozy place. Fully functioning kitchenette. Beach, bus stop, and shops nearby.

The sound isolation wasn't that great, you could hear people walking upstairs.

There was an awful banging on the roof throughout the night

The location is very nice for both relax vacations near the see and also it was not difficult to go by busses and\or trains to the beautiful places of the Netherlands.

Nice hosts. Amazing apartment. Super clean. Amazing location 5 min from center, 1 min from beach. I come to work at ESA-ESTEC: lovely walk back and forth. It would have been nice to have a bike. Thanks.
