"Fairly priced simple apartment stay"

Ideally situated between the popular Guerney Plaza and Straits Quay development. The property is a large apartment with lounge, kitchen, bathroom and two double beds. There is a magnificent view towards the Guerney Drive Waterfront. There are nearby places for food and drink. The accommodation is simple but comfortable

"It worth every penny your have"

I'm in love. This is my first time staying in this type of setting. It's super clean, very comfortable for elderly like my father and all facilities in the house are well equipped. There's even a washing machine and iron board. Friendly staff and very helpful.

"Cheap but not what I expected"

Location wise is good. Easy access to Grab

I can understand that this is a studio unit however the area that the beds were placed were stuffy. We were only given 3 toilet rolls for 5 days stay and hv to clean up before we leave . This is the first time that I hv encounters such stipulation for this kind of accommodation.
