From the moment I arrived, I knew this stay would be special. The owner, Zoltar, personally greeted me, showed me around the studio, and spent about 15 minutes chatting about our lives. His warmth and genuine hospitality immediately set the tone for my visit. What sets Zoltar apart is his understanding that the little things are often the big things when traveling. Opening the refrigerator, I found a Coke, a beer, and bottled water — thoughtful touches that made me feel truly welcomed. This might seem simple, but I’ve stayed at other Booking.com rentals, even in prime locations near the Mediterranean Sea, where the fridge was empty, the Wi-Fi didn’t work, and no one on-site could even provide a password. That kind of indifference is the complete opposite of Zoltar’s care and attention. The studio itself was spotless, and the bathroom equally immaculate. Zoltar’s thoughtfulness continued throughout my stay. At one point, he went back to his home behind the studio and returned with an ice-cold drink resembling a Slurpee — an unexpected but delightful gesture. These are the kinds of personal touches that make a place memorable. The location is also excellent, situated right along a major bike path used by cyclists and scooter riders. Overall, Zoltar delivers a five-out-of-five experience. His hospitality is genuine, the apartment is spotless, and the small details — from a stocked fridge to surprise refreshments — make guests feel valued. I would gladly stay here again without hesitation.
