We stayed in winter, the accommodation was warm and cosy and the shower was great.

The sofa has seen better days, it’s comfortable but could be replaced.

"Nice clean caravan & hosts, but I wouldn’t go to a park dene resort again."

Good communication from hosts and instructions. Well positioned near playground had enough cooking utensils, comfortable double bed, cosy and warm. Bath was handy for my grandson. Close to beach. Lovely ice -cream van at top of the beach, good prices and pleasant man.

Nothing about the property …. but entertainment was very poor, pool was freezing on 2 days, site reception staff weren’t interested in helping with kid’s schedule, just said to read the board and take a photo of activities, I felt that was because we hadn’t hired through park dene. HUB girl was more helpful though but I wasn’t made aware that offers were available for 3 activities. Chippy was a joke (they weighed out the chips) Drinks at the bar were expensive, more expensive than pub prices.

Was very cosy and homely. Very comfy sofa and bed and felt like there was alot of space due to the great lay out of living room/kitchen. Even had a bath aswell as shower! Really nice caravan to stay in and we would recommend and stay again.

We had an issue with not having any hot water or heating the morning after our stay. This wasn't down to the owner though, more so the site didn't replace gas bottles. Owner was very quick to answer and apologise. Probably could do with abit more information regarding getting the boiler on and the site's reception number.
