It was exactly as shown. Beautifully furnished, characterful and cosy. The equipment was easy to use, TV, oven and heating - we didn’t use the dishwasher, washing machine or tumble dryer, but appreciated how well equipped 34 One is, particularly with towels, t-towels, toilet roll and a well stocked “essentials” cupboard in the kitchen. Plenty of electric sockets and lovely hot water. We stayed at Twixmas and there was a lovely little tree lit up to welcome us.

The second bedroom is suitable for children.

Very nicely decorated for Christmas. Cosy. Lovely lounge. Well-located.

Nothing major. Would have been glad of additional bedside lamps.

It was clean, spacious and homely with everything we needed. A nice welcome pack and clear instructions for keys

The apartment was spacious, immaculately clean, well equipped throughout. Owners very friendly. Easy walking distance from all shops, restaurants and seaside. Kitchen modern and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Our double bed was very comfortable and plenty of storage and hanging space in the wardrobes. Comfortable seating in the living room. Heating easily adjusted. large garden in the front with furniture for a Sumner stay in the future.

small suggestions: some hand rails in the bathroom for older guests. Could even make it a large walk-in shower cubicle (but I realise other people may prefer a choice of bath or shower). Curtains in the smaller bedroom to block out light particularly for small children to be able to sleep. The photos on the website don't do this terrific apartment justice in my opinion.

Location was brilliant. Thoughtful hamper tea, coffee, milk and biscuits. Property was very clean. Accomadation very comfortable

spotless apartment, everything you need for a stay away, our friends were very happy as well, close to all amenities, very quiet at night, everyone had a great night's sleep , would book again .
