Location was perfect, easy walking distance to the beach. The apartment was very clean and well presented, the owners have thought of and provided everything you might need. I would definitely return.

The mattress in the master bedroom was a little lopsided; otherwise everything was great.

great communication from initial booking to answering any questions prior to our arrival. lovely gesture adding some easter themes for our stay, grand daughter loved it all .Quiet location but ideal for me catching buses to take me to Blackpool early mornings (3 to choose from) and only a 2 min walk away to/from the stop. well equipped as we enjoy self catering

boiler in the twin room wardrobe a little noisy every time it fired up (I am a very light sleeper though)

Contact from the host was great, really quick at responding to enquiries. Super helpful, everything you needed for a break away. The apartment was spotless, lovely comfy beds and plenty of space to chill. We were a group of 3 friends, but the property would have been equally as suitable for a family break too.

Only thing missing was a folder with local restaurants or recommendations for sightseeing ( or we couldn't find one)

Lovely flat, immaculately clean and well-stocked with supplies. Good central location with free street parking. Owner is friendly & welcoming.

A beautiful property, very well decorated, furnished and equipped. The host really have thought of everything to make your stay perfect. This is our 2 time staying at Lytham St Anne’s and know where we will be staying if we come back again!
