Superb location with a wonderful view in a lovely quiet area

All good except my friends single bed could’ve done with a new mattress.

Liked the location and the sea view was amazing. The weather was lovely. The house was beautiful and full of character. The host was welcoming, the atmosphere was friendly and relaxed. We enjoyed the stay and would go back. Slept really well.

We were greeted on arrival by the friendly host and owner, who took the time to show us around our room. One of the window locks was faulty, and without us even mentioning it, a fan was placed in the room while we were out for dinner and switched on ready for our return — such thoughtful service, and it made the bedroom room lovely and cool. The apartment itself was incredibly spacious, with an impressive amount of storage. The bedrooms, lounge, and kitchen were spotless and fully equipped with all the essentials you could need. The double shower was a real highlight, with fantastic water pressure — easily a 10/10 just for that alone. The dining area offered a stunning sea view, and despite being on the main road, the rooms were surprisingly quiet. The location was excellent: just a 2‑minute walk to the beach and a 10‑minute stroll into St Annes, where you’ll find plenty of great restaurants, pubs, and shops. It’s also only a 10‑minute drive to Blackpool Pleasure Beach. There was plenty of onsite parking, which made everything even more convenient. We loved our stay so much that we’re already planning to return later this year. Additional note: we visited during the Bank Holiday “heatwave”, and even then, the room stayed pleasantly cool.

We had stayed a couple of times before. Noticed there had been some improvements made. Always good to see your money being put back into the accommodation. Great location, very clean property, fabulous views, has everything you could need. You can come and go as you please. Met the owner, Derek, this time. Very friendly and helpful. This is now our 'go-to' place in St Annes and we had already booked a second stay before we arrived for this one!

No criticisms of the property. Anything I did not quite like (eg bed a bit too soft) was down to my personal preferences and not an issue with the accommodation.
