Ground-fl Two Bedroom Apartment in Bridge of Allan

Great flat on the ground floor - it was more spacious, bright and airy than expected. Beds were extremely comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with pans etc. and there was a good big fridge/freezer. Perfect for what we needed.

Although very clean, there are issues that need to be addressed - a broken vent in the shower room, a broken standard lamp in the lounge. Although generally in good condition, some of the paintwork was starting to look tired and chipped e.g. in the bathroom. The TV was also a disappointment - there appeared to be no access to free channels/ you have to have a subscription to Netflix etc. A small sharp knife would also have been handy in the kitchen - the ones provided were enormous!

Know the area well was brought up locally. The flat inside was fine.

The outside of the building was in poor condition and our parking area had an old Christmas tree in it. contacted both the hosts for help regarding TV asking for them to phone us which they didn't although one sent a text message to which I replied asking for more info and never heard anything so that was disappointing.

The location was good for us.

The bolts on the ground in the parking area which are not visible, are very dangerous. I tripped not seeing them hitting my face very hard on the ground.

Excellent location, well equipped, comfortable.

Key safe lock and door locks a bit of a challenge 😞

Location. Well stocked kitchen. Clean comfortable. Good quality furniture and decor

Shower was frustrating. Impossible to get more than a trickle of water at a reasonable temperature. Car port was very narrow and difficult to use

the flat was modern and well equipped

There wasn't anything I disliked, it suited me fine

Individual parking, easy access, amazing location, stunningly decorated and squeaky clean. Brilliant

Couldn't fault the place at all.
