close to Bridge of Allan shops and eateries. Off road parking. we’ll equipped kitchen. very clean.

Couldn’t get Netflix to work.

great quiet location

The property is in a very nice area. There was somewhere under cover to leave my car. The property is a good size especially the main bedroom. Quiet apart from the occasional noise from a nearby apartment.

The property is a little hidden away and I has to drive around the block a second time before I found it. Being a modern building it has no character and being surrounded by tall trees and buildings I felt a little bit hemmed in. I could not find the instructions for the hob but managed with the microwave. When I departed I had great difficulty in getting the keys to stay in the lockbox.

The flat was spotless and set out very neatly, with care and thought.

Lighting in the kitchen was poor, particularly for food prep and cooking Kitchen utensils were poor quality and not easy to use when cooking a meal for 4 adults. There was no sieve or colander.

It was very clean and tidy. Thoughtfully decorated, stylish and comfortable. The location is fabulous, Bridge of Allan is definitely a hidden gem.

Overall we were very pleased however there were a few things we noticed which were: the dishwasher appeared flooded so we didn't bother using it, a panel at the base of the oven (kick board) appeared to be hanging off, the shower took some getting used to (the shower head can't be set so we needed to wedge some plastic wrappers between the showerhead holder and the pole to keep it in place), the dining table appears to have a problem with the leg closest to the door and is pretty unstable - you might want to contact your previous guests in relation to those items. Additionally, the ironing board is showing its age and could do with replacing. Bio bags for the food waste would be a welcome addition to the pack provided and a guide to recycling in your district would also be helpful. Other than the above we were really happy with our stay it is such a pleasant and peaceful base that we were considering booking in again for the festive period although this doesn't appear to be an option sadly. We hope you take our points as constructive and look forward to staying here again in the future.
