no Internet Access, no support at all, no parking option even told

The bedding and towels were of a good quality and the view from the lounge was very nice. The area was quiet but most everything else was disappointing.

The decoration was very shoddy, the electrics looked rather dubious. The shower was very basic and extremely difficult to operate. The oven had not been cleaned in a long time. The kitchen was very poorly equipped and the dish washer mentioned in the contract they make you sign, didn't exist. The table and chairs in the lounge were cheap flat packed type and were poorly put together. The table top was badly marked and the sofa was stained and various tiles were chipped and the TV cabinet had a door missing. The place felt like a student let. The place where you were supposed to park the car was so small , it was physically impossible to park. Overall very disappointed. You were supposed to report any damage on arrival which I did, but according to an agent who rang on our second day it wa up to the cleaner to monitor any damage?? Strange arrangement and why was the cooker not clean?? Can't understand how some reviews gave this property such high marks??

The best things are the beds. They are very comfortable.

There were just 3 chairs for 4 persons, not enough cutlery and cups. I reported the missing items and they were ordered at amazon, even pepper! (Supporting local businesses?) The kitchen is not well equipped (e.g. just 1 chopping board, no bowls, no egg cups). There wasn't a little bit of salt, oil, sugar, tea or coffee left, different to description, pepper was delivered. Some kitchen gear was dirty (grater, glasses, baking tray), some baking trays do not fit in the oven, they are too small. The oven hasn‘t been cleaned for a while! Bathroom: no plug or similar in the washbasin (we lost a kids teeth brush in there), the drain of the bathtub/ shower was dirty (hairs). The second bedroom does not look like on the pictures at all! A lot looks improvised and is not well done. I cannot believe that the apartment is recently renovated as written in the description on booking.com. The overall impression is not inviting or feel good, unfortunately!

Spacious lounge

THIS IS THIS WORST APARTMENT I HAVE STAYED IN!! The parking they offer is not suitable to use as it is front of a garage and you are unable to get into the space. We spent the whole weekend moving our car and trying to find parking ! The apartment itself is very poor ….. dirty oven, rock hard pillows, shower is just held up by an attachment so you can’t shower under it, bathroom door does not close or lock, glass doors are not safely glass and are not safe, wires left cut off and covered with tape and bailiffs notices left in the property . This property does not represent the pictures and by far the worst place we have stayed in. The agent/owner has not replied to any of my messages or booking.com messages and has no care for the guests.

Dated, Tv wouldn’t turn on central heating and hot water problems which were fixed, however as we were only on a two day stop it was corrected on the day we left which was within 24 hours of being reported

We really enjoyed our stay. Having a toddler it was essential the area was quiet over night. The place was very tidy and great value for the money.

Maybe a few touch ups in the bathroom, but I’m a plumber so I’m just being picky.
