The Agriturismo is a beautiful stone house in a quiet location off the main road. There is a large swimming pool, beautiful garden, outdoor seating, barbecue. Great approach of the owner Gianpaolo to the guests. Smiling, kind, helpful, ready to help with anything. A great place for a holiday.

I enjoy a lot of the peace and wonderful lands the propety make your stay very nice and helpful Best place for montain bike and the see coast is amazing during the summer and in november as well I recomend to stay in Pian del Vescovo

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Gianpaolo and his family did everything to make our holiday an unforgettable stay. The property is awesone, a real oasis of peace where to rest and enjoy the great views over the Maremma countryside. Relaxing at the pool is something we really liked especially during sunset time. Every single detail is carefully curated with love, to make your days perfect and make you feel home! Highly recommended!

This wonderful place was a happy accident! It ended up being just the restful, happy place we needed in the middle of a very hectic travel schedule! Close to the beaches at Piombino and Follnica; close to the hill towns like Volterra; close to antique markets in Arezzo but still tranquil and gorgeous! The brothers Jon Paulo and Glaouco (sp?) are the best hosts! They have wonderful suggestions for dinners, shopping and tourism! The town of Mazza Maritima is the town up on the hill, closest for groceries. The surrounding countryside is stunningly beautiful Tuscany..you can hear the Cuckoos in the evenings as you doze off to sleep after a fulfilling day!

On the way to a week on Elba i decided to spend a couple of days in Tuscany and found this jewel. The family/staff were very available and friendly The location is excellent: right near Massa Marittima with a beautiful view from the pool The pool is very nice and clean and refreshing after travelling in Tuscany The kitchen and house were very nicely stocked and organized in order to make the stay even more enjoyable
