Rooms looking good and spacious, stunning view, attentive staff during wine tasting sessions.

Poor value-cost ratio: no variety for breakfast (same products for the entire stay); poor quality of bathrobes; lack of slippers (essential for the type of flooring the rooms have, which is concrete); toiletries for 1 person only although we had double rooms; no proactive and solution-focused staff, although friendly.

Cadre magnifique, architecture contemporaine, décoration et aménagement épuré et de style.

Manque de rangement pour effets personnels.

We loved our stay, we booked a wine tasting and dinner at the restaurant. The staff are amazing, very knowledgeable about the wines, very professional and personable. Dinner service was like watching a ballet, everyone moving about during the service with precision . I would highly recommend treating yourself to this experience!

We had a great stay at Azores Wine Company. The views are incredible, very comfortable room and excellent breakfast. We also dined at the restaurant (counter) which was superb. We didn't have a car and enjoyed some walks from the property as well as using taxis - we found this easy enough. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

My only negatives are that the coffee is not free in the room (tea is) and the wine fridge is quite noisy (though we got used to this).

Funciona como um apartamento, não há serviços fora de horas. Para o preço que pedem por noite penso que deveria haver mais conforto nesse sentido e atenção a alguns detalhes.
