Position was nice, working a/c, nice balcony, simple and efficient check-in

Cleaning was not great, water from the shower will go to the entire bathroom

Nice location near to the center, good apartment with the city view on top.

Not very clean and you can hear people talking from the next apartment.

The shower, the sink was on the other side from the glasswall so everytime the whole bathroom floor was under water The hesting on the wall in the bathroom was dirty (some sort of black dust) The kitchen was not really clean and it has very less things to cook something. The keybox from every apartment goes open no matter wich numbers you turn The apartment looks much bigger on the photos

The bathroom constantly smelt like sewage, from the moment we arrived. The overall unit wasn’t thoroughly cleaned, we thankfully brought INDOOR flip flops to wear, and the bottoms of them were black by the end of the stay.

The location isn't great mas it is pretty good. You can be at the center of Zakintos Town in a 10/15 minutes walk. The bed is very confy and the air conditiong works perfectly.

The bathroom is really difficult to take a shower in, since the water reaches the door very quickly (the drains are insuficient or clogged). You get fresh towels at your third day, but the room/ bathroom isn't cleaned the whole stay.

Great Location. Pleasant and easy walk into Zakynthos Town - 15 minutes without rushing. Supermarket and Bakery 2 minute walk away. parking in front of the the building. Lovely Balcony and roof terrace. Great wifi.

Very difficult to contact the owner. Air conditioning didn’t work and couldn’t speak to anyone despite ringing, texting and messaging through booking.com. Had to buy washing up liquid and sponge and toilet paper. A table and chairs or sun loungers on the roof terrace would have been good

The location and the bedroom.

The living room was not clean. We had 1 toilet paper for the 3 days for 2 of us, no cleaning material (i.e. fairy and scourer for the dishes or rag to clean surfaces). Hot water did not work the first day and we had only shampoo and gel for 1 person for 1 day. We contacted the owner and he fixed the hot water for the second day. He did not provide scourer so kitchen was unusable after day 1 (as we could not clean any dishes). Also, we needed to buy toilet paper ourselves as owner did not provide when asked for. Additionally, owner entered the property during the stay without our permission, which is not allowed, to just leave a rag and 1 toilet paper (after insisting more than 3 times, and providing it on the last evening before departure, after we already bought it). Therefore, we were not able to use all the facilities announced: 1) Bathroom was unusable for the first day, as there was no running hot water. 2) Kitchen was not usable for day 2 and 3, as we were unable to clean any dishes. 3) Owner was non-responsive at all and entered the property without our permission. We want to receive a refund to compensate for the above, together with the payment of the shower gel and toilet paper that we were obliged to buy to use the facilities. thanks
