Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made. Please note children under the age of 13 must be supervised by an adult when at the pool or in the fitness center. Please note that the property will be in touch after booking with a terms of stay/letting agreement. This needs to be signed, and returned to the property within 10 days of making the booking. Failure to return the signed letting agreement within the stipulated time frame may result in cancellation of the booking.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
