The apartment was clean and well set out except the 3rd bedroom wasn't a proper bedroom but the bunks in this alcove are ok for kids. Beds very comfortable and great linen.

For light sleepers the main bedroom is affected by the noise of air conditioning units below the window in the garage area. Also loud buzzing noise in the lounge coming from the ceiling possibly is the extraction fan for the bathroom.

Handy location, spacious accommodation, well equipped, really clean. Internal parking just outside your door.

There were a few stains on the carpet in the entrance. Looks like they had tried to clean it before we got there. A manhole above the sofa in the lounge was making a vibration noise. By our last evening there it was very loud. I advised the property manager on departure. She did say that if I had said something earlier, she would have had it looked at and that she would get it fixed.

Location is excellent. The swimming pool and spa pool were closed during the time of our stay. I would have expected to be notified ahead of time that these facilities would not be available during our stay, since it was very obvious that the work had been scheduled ahead of time. We also had an additional issue. The handrail going up the stairs collapsed, causing my husband to fall on the stairs. Fortunately, he was unharmed, but I phoned the customer support person and explained the situation needed to be fixed due to the fact that one of the people staying with us has a walking disability and required the use of the handrail in order to get up and down the stairs. She replied that since it was 5:30 PM on Friday, she couldn’t get anyone in to fix it until the next day. We fixed the rail ourselves using a pair of scissors and managed to screw the offending screw back in place. It was obvious that this had been a long-term problem, and had never been repaired correctly. Both the top and the bottom holders for the rail only had one screw in each fitting that required two screws. For us this was a very severe safety issue.
