"A real gem"

This was our second visit. The situation of the apartment is perfect with amazing views over the River Yealm and within easy reach of 3 pubs and local shops. There are fabulous walks and beaches close by...a real gem.

Our visit was late December so the weather wasn't great. We hope to return during warmer climes to enjoy and explore this beautiful area even more.

Fantastic view lovely quiet Flat Great little kitchen comfy bed lovely shower nice and warm. I would imagine in the summer fantastic outside facilities as well Used it on probably the coldest weekend this year! We'll hopefully book in the next couple of weeks again for another weekend away

There isn't much to say generally happy with the whole experience Only comical thing I can say is the tap in the kitchen is a little bit powerful and you do not care for it will comically soak you It had me and the wife to the point we just laughed over it Then if that's all I can say wrong well I'm a very happy man

Location, Overlooking The Yealm Estuary. Great for walking from door. Lovely Owners, on site. Good Local, pubs, cafe, and Co-op, Pharmacy. On bus route too, if needed.

"Great view, spot on and just what we wanted."

Superb location with everything we needed within a short stroll, shop, post office, cafe with wonderful breakfast and a great pub also doing good food. Additionally, if the tide is right, you can cross the river causeway and steppingstones to two more hostelries. Lovely walks in the area.

"Fantastic"

Beautiful little accommodation. so clean and modern with all facilities except a microwave. Bed comfortable and shower room really great. Lovely view of river and Noss Mayo from living area. Small just okay for two people but really enjoyed our stay.

Maybe remove hanging wicker chair. Really small but lovely.
