Bed was very firm - too much for us in double room and uncomfortable unfortunately No mirrors apart from bathroom - a couple of full length mirrors in bedrooms would be good, or even one in hallway Bathrooms could have done with hooks on doors for towels and clothes Really struggled with lift down to car park- would have liked clear printed instructions in flat to tell us what to press to work lift. Buttons stiff and fear might get stuck Noticed pool area wasn’t cleaned often and pool tiles inside pool missing - needs better maintenance I think

Great location and easy to access beach and restaurants/bars below the property via lift through car park.

Decor of apartment looking a bit tired which let it down versus some others in the complex. Not one item on arrival would be nice to offer a basic arrival pack and basic materials for cleaning etc. Some short basic instructions for how appliances work and local facilities and recommendations would be useful. Complex sun beds are poor quality and only about 12 still in use as most are damaged stored in a corner of the car park. not enough when complex is busy.

Amazing apartment, location and facilities are absolutely superb! Complex is lovely and quiet, beautiful pool with an incredible sea view. 5 min walk to the beach, bars, restaurants and a supermarket. Apartment was spotless with absolutely everything you could need. So easy to access, clear and helpful instructions before our arrival and a phonecall on the day to go over everything again and answer any questions. Really could not recommend more, a great apartment and hosts.

GOOD POINTS: Location was exceptional. Kitchen acceptable Bedrooms good

BAD POINTS: NO SEA VIEW! The property is advertised as 'having sea views’ – the view is totally blocked by a large apartment directly in front of the balcony. NO INFORMATION. There was no Information Pack in the apartment which we would expect in a holiday let. As a result, we could not use the electric cooker for a week, until our daughter arrived, as we have never used an ‘induction’ cooker before. Similarity, we could not get the TV to work and again no instructions. Neither could we find our way down to the pool as the lifts used a code we were not told about. We rang Sergio(local agent) and he tried to use face time to explain, but his English was so poor we could not understand him about either problem. In fact, he spent most of the time accusing us of not having aid the rent, which we obviously had done as we booked through Booking.com. We had to email Booking.com to get them to tell him he had been paid to stop his accusations. FIRE ALARM AND LOCKED IN: One night the whole blocks fire alarm went off at 1.00am. Due to having no Instructions, we did not know where to go or who to ring. This could prove to be genuinely fatal in the vent of a real fire (luckily ours was just an alarm failure). A second evening, the main front door’s electronic lock broke and we could not get out. NO SINK PLUG. The master bedroom’s ensuite sink was missing its plug. Again we rang Sergio and asked it to be fixed. It took over 11 days for a plumber to arrive. NO FREE TOILETRIES. It was advertised as having 'free toiletries". There were none, unless two lavatory paper rolls is what they mean! NO CLEANING: Despite paying an extra £51 ‘Cleaning Fee’, no cleaning was done for the whole month we were there. The bed linen and towels were changed weekly, but the hand basins, floor, showers and kitchen were never touched. We did what we could, but short of spending a fortune on cleaning utensils etc. The apartment, and particularly the kitchen, ended up smelling.
