Great location to explore the island. Easy check-in/out process. Communication was easy. All facilities were available for a comfortable stay. We were greeted with a cake and a bottle of local wine, and surprised with a birthday cake from the host! Terrace with bbq facilities and ocean view with beautiful evening sunsets was a plus! Few good restaurants and supermarkets just minutes from the place.

Might be hard to find street parking at times

Beautiful view of the ocean, parking available, nearby restaurant, beach. Polite attitude of the staff.

The shower is not convenient, there is no sound insulation, the furniture on the balcony needs to be updated, there are no mosquito nets, there is no ventilation in the shower.

We spent our honeymoon at Teixeira House, and it was perfect in every way :) The apartment was spotless and fully equipped, making us feel right at home. The owner was incredibly kind, welcoming us with delicious homemade cake and Madeira wine. Her warmth and attention to detail made our stay truly special. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy and memorable stay on this beautiful island!
