Exactly as appears in listing. Amazing location. Very clean. All the amenities to make it so comfortable including Big towels which you rarely get and comfortable beds. The staff communication was amongst the best I have had. Easy access also rounded out an amazing stay.

There were instruction manuals for the appliances but it would have been helpful to have one for the basics of the thermostat. It was quite warm in the flat as the heat mode was on and it was March so that made sense. It just would have made it a little bit easier to reduce the temperature we eventually figured it out so this is not a big thing.

Spacious, clean, renovated, confortable appartment with washing machine and dish washer. Two large and confortable beds. Very well positioned in the city center. Not too noisy (we were there in April 2025). Two bathrooms - just perfect when traveling with family. Overall a very good place.

Everything was very nice in the apartment, but we would have appreciated to have some coffee capsules in the appartement at the arrival. Coffee is basic stuff that costs nothing. I mean, often coffee is very nice if you have it, or very bad if you don't. Why risk not offering it/making a gesture? :)

Terrific location. Comfortable beds.

The kitchen is very small. Cups were in a cupboard a short person could not reach. Hooks for towels in the bathroom were also so high that a short person couldn’t hang a towel. Keys need to be picked up in a different (and inconvenient) location - and the lockbox for our keys was very high (needed one of the tall members of our group to retrieve them).
