Il mare, il paese è molto tranquillo

Well equipped kitchen for cooking Nice quiet little town with nice beach. Delicious gelato Gardenia and restaurant also Gardenia. Supermarket and train station 20min walk. Cinque Terre nearby.

It was poorly cleaned, multiple hairs in bathroom, dusty, stains on table cloth. Kitchen drawers fall apart first day. No kettle. No garbage bags. No extra toilet paper.

I don't normally leave reviews but the photos of this apartment were so deceptive i feel i have to. It was just not a comfortable place to be and i think it was mainly because there was no living space at all for 5 people. It was also so dark the lights had to be on at all times of day, the small kitchen window being around the corner leaving no light in. You'd think being dark would make it cool but no, it was smothering hot with synthetic mattresses that would leave you sweating buckets all night. It was an august heatwave and you do get what you pay for but everything in this place was weak down to the towels the size of postage stamps. Also the location is riva trigosa not sestri levante which is a ten minute drive away. My bad for not being more thorough checking the location but just wanted to point it out. If i was you I'd keep looking.

Near to stores and beach

It was very disappointed with my stay. The pictures on the listing were not an accurate representation of the property. In particular, the first image did not match the apartment’s actual location or view, which was misleading. The apartment lacks air conditioning, making it unbearably hot, especially during the summer. Despite being advertised as suitable for six people, the space was cramped and inadequate for our group. Additionally, I was surprised by unlisted additional 40€ fees just for checking in at 9 pm. This unexpected charge was an unpleasant surprise and added to the overall dissatisfaction with the stay. The quality of the furniture was also disappointing, especially the mattresses, which were thin and uncomfortable. Furthermore, the renter collected my tourist taxes without providing any receipts, which was very unprofessional. I would not recommend this apartment due to these issues.
