"Appartement bien situé belle vue mais vieillot et pas assez équipé"

La situation de l'appartement, il se trouve dans les bâtiments du PALM GARDEN qui est un endroit très bien situé à Morro Jable et la vue de la terrasse face à la mer est un plus.

L'appartement est vieillot et mériterait d'être rafraichit, les tirroirs de la commode ne tiennent plus niveau vaisselle plus que minimaliste nous n'avions que 3 fourchettes pas d'essuis de vaisselle fournis !! : - ( et très peu d'accessoires cuisine, les draps du lit sont très usés (nous avions déjà logé dans cette appartement il y a 2 ans et c'etait les même draps) il manque des petits choses qui pourraient rendre cet appartement plus confortable (exemple des crochets portes manteaux, des coussins sur le canapé, quelques cadres aux murs...... Dommage car en soi l'appartement a du potentiel mais il faudrait absolument le remettre à neuf.

"Ein idealer Ort für schöne Ferien für Jung und Alt."

Saubere Wohnung, schöne Aussicht aufs Meer, nahe am Strand, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gleich unten beim Eingang. Gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Nahe Bushaltestelle von und zum Flughafen. Schöner grosser Balkon nach Süden (zur Sonne) gerichtet und etwas windgeschützt. Telefonanruf beim Vermieter wurde sofort entgegengenommen.

Vermietung fordert zu viele persönliche Daten, beispielweise Kopien der Personalausweise via Intenet. Vermietung sagte, sie habe uns Instruktionen für den Zugang (Code) geschickt. Diese haben wir via Booking.com aber erst am 4. Tag nach Ankunft erhalten. Dank Telefonanruf (wurde sofort entgegengenommen) hat der Zugang zur Wohnung am Tag der Ankunft schliesslich dennoch einwandfrei gelkappt.

Well located to enjoy the delights of Morro Jable . Spacious, plenty of storage. Efficient air-con & comfortable bed. We are most grateful that we were allowed to check in early and check out late.

Felt it lacked a microwave and a bin with a lid. The door to the balcony needs something to keep the door open without it banging. We had issues with the washing machine. Would have liked someone to have explained the quirks of it on arrival.

"Wonderful Stay"

"Superb"

Suited our backpacking style. Quiet this time of year. Great view. Long sandy beach. Can walk up to highest peak on the island. Came in by ferry from Tenerife via Gran Canaria. Went out by 01 bus. Manuela great help via WhatsApp. You can but bfast or dinner at the hotel. Euro 8 or 16 incl beer and wine on tap. Nice food buffet style and we think great value. Washing machine all good.

Nothing. Only in the summer months. It may be hot as no air con but in March it was great for us.
