Location was good for everything. Excellent value though

Bed was on the firm side. Room and bathroom was small

The property is located in an extremely safe part of town in a tranquil suburb. It was clean and presentable, athough very cramped.

Our room had 1 sliding door with a roller blind over it and 1 window, also with a roller blind on it. This makes it extremely difficult to conserve one's privacy while still maintaining sufficient airflow. It would be far more practical to cover the sliding door with a curtain. For people who enjoy the outdoors and openness, this room felt more like a prison cell than a place to relax. There is insufficient parking for all of the rooms available for rent. The rules are extensive and dictatorial. While we appreciate that these rules were developed as a result of past negative experiences, the owner/s need to realise that all traveller's are not of the same calibre, and as extremely well educated and consumate professionals, we do not appreciate being dictated to like 5 year old kids. While the booklet detailing the excessive number of rules does explain that water on the premises is supplied by borehole, which will not work during loadshedding, it did not explain that water does cut out mid shower, even without load shedding if more than one room is using the shower at the same time.
