Amazing terrace with sea view from the 10th floor – probably one of the best in Oropesa. You can enjoy the sea from almost every room. There is also a parking spot in the garage, which is very convenient. The price was excellent for such an apartment. The beach is decent: a mix of sand, grass, and some stones, plus a nice path for evening walks.

The apartment is managed by a real estate agency, which means you have to drive 4 km to pick up the keys. In early September it was windy and a bit cold at some nights, but the agency refused to provide warm blankets – only thin sheets. It was also uncomfortable because the windows in the apartment do not close tightly, so it got chilly inside. The shower cabin has no shelf for soap or shampoo. We ordered a baby cot for €40, but the agency did not provide an extra sheet or blanket for the baby. You also need to pay an extra charge for towels. Some of the provided keys for the courtyard doors did not work, so we had to look for open gates to enter. The furniture is very basic and cheap, with the living room sofa already sagging. On the terrace there are only very primitive plastic chairs – a real crime for such a beautiful view. The Wi-Fi router is old and had to be restarted every 15 minutes. If you need internet for streaming videos or downloading data, you definitely cannot rely on the Wi-Fi in this apartment. There was no kettle in the apartment, and the agency refused to provide one. We cleaned the apartment before leaving but forgot to wash the oven tray. The agency tried to charge us a €50 penalty just for that, referring to some documents that we never received or signed, because we took the keys from the key box at night.

Die Lage am Strand ist wunderschön. Man kann sich, dank Küche, auch selbst versorgen. 2 Bäder sind Luxus.

Bett etwas durchgelegen. Küchenutensilien nicht alle vorhanden. Mussten etwas improvisieren.

La piscine dommage qu'on ne peu pas se baigner de 14h30h a 17h30 nous sommes en vacances normalement c'est jusqu'à 22h j'ai pas compris dommage
