Apartments Cusius and Horta

The apartment is in a great location. It has all the amenities we needed for our stay and was clean and stocked with all the essentials. The owners were exceptionally friendly and helpful and insisted on helping with our luggage and carrying it up the stairs. Thank you to Andrea and his family for your kindness and the bottle of wine, milk, fruit etc.

The lounge was a little uncomfortable.

A home away from home, very well equipped, even with a CD- and a DVD-player. Very useful detailed descriptions of walks in the surroundings. Comfortable apartment, slept like a log. Even if the bathroom is small(ish), it contained everything you need, included a combined washing machine/dryer. Agree with other reviews, Andrea and his mother are very friendly and helpful. I was picked up at the train station by Andrea's parents - fantastic for an "old lady" like me. Booking a taxi for the departure was also taken care of. Only complaint: my stay was too short!

A great place in the old centre of Orta San Gulio, very central, yet sufficiently away from the main square to be quiet. The apartment is in an old house with a narrow steep staircase, which takes a bit of manoeuvring with the luggage, but hey-it is an old house! The apartment is well equipped and has everything you may need. The owner is very friendly and helpful, checking in and out was well arranged. We enjoyed our stay very much.
