"I'm planning another trip to Pattaya soon, I will definitely use this property again for my stay."

The owner of the apartment was very polite and business minded, he went out of his way to make sure my stay was a good one. The apartment was clean, and up to date. The hot water worked, as well as the wi-fi and large flat screen TV. The facility as a whole was great, nice pool, workout facility and front office. Location was great! Cafe, grocery store, and laundry services are a 5 minute walk from facility. Nice quiet facility that is about 10-15 minute Drive/ Ride of walking street.

The owner very friendly, accommodating and always prompt to respond. The apartment is bright, very clean and comfortable! The complex in a great location is beautiful, quiet, great pool and the fitness facility was a plus! Lots of great local restaurants nearby! Highly recommend this apartment! Can’t wait to return! Thank you!!!

couldnt sleep with window open due to street noise i didnt like the concept of getting charged for electricity and water
