"Besides the toilet noise everything was great"

Location and cleanliness

Could not flush upstairs toilet at night. It makes a terrible noise when filling up. Wakes everyone up

"A good base for exploring Plett."

Perfect location on river, easy walk to a beach. Convenient for shops. Very well equipped kitchen. Huge swimming pool, tennis courts, nice kiddies play area.

Stove hob controls are confusing!

location on the river was soooo amazingly perfect for everyone, not just the kids!

no cupboard space for groceries nor clothes. toilets made a very loud noise when flushing. so couldn’t flush at night. mattress in the main room was very very uncomfortable and old. Showers were over the bath making it slippery to get in and out. Cobwebs everywhere. Table outside was dirty and dilapidated. stove was very dangerous as the plates took a very long time to cool down and we couldn’t work out which dial was for which plate and the numbers are worn off. Also not all the plates on the stove top work.
