Beautiful place, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Natalie was very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay.

We were surprised by how spacious the apartment was and the close proximity to the town centre. It is very well stocked with everything you could need for a self catering break. We wish we had stayed longer at Vista Ballena. The location was perfect for what we needed with adult children joining us. They had the freedom to explore the town on their own and we could easily visit family living close by.

It is on a busy road, so noise could be an issue if you aren't used to it, but the apartment, the view and the central location made up for this.

Amazing location, friendly point of contact, stunning view for whale watching from balcony. Clean, homely, clear instructions and recommendations.

Can't think of anything. Perhaps dispensers rather than plastic bottles for shampoo etc from a single use plastic perspective.
