Ocean Life

A well deserved solid 10/10. This is a home away from home, not a holiday unit let out for profit. As soon as I walked through the door I could tell it was going to be a lovely 5 night stay in a comfortable well equipped home. There are so many great touches I rarely see such as an air-fryer, tissues, tumble dryer, throws on the sofa, beach towels, a Braai, small cool bag for days out… the list goes on and on… even a decanter of sherry! The beds are comfy, we slept really well. The car is in a covered parking space right outside. The view from the balcony in this top floor apartment s excellent, in fact this is probably one of two very best located apartments in the whole complex for privacy inside and on the terraces. Neighbours were pretty quiet on the whole, which can be a valid concern when booking in a complex like this. The communication with the owner was excellent and very quick to respond to questions. The location in Plett is ideal. Close to the N2 but you don’t hear it. A 2 minute drive to the centre of Plett, and 4 minutes to the beaches.

To ice the cake of everything that is provided, a coffee maker is definitely needed, even if just a Nespresso or a cafetière.

Das Apartment ist sehr groß, geräumig und super ausgestattet. Es war sehr sauber und das Apartment hat sich in einer Gated Community befunden. Die Lage war super vor allem für alle Aktivitäten vom Tsitsikamma Nationalpark, Robberg bis hin nach Knysna. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Vom Balkon hatte man einen tollen Ausblick auf die Berglandschaft.

The place is exceptional. A great view, and very peaceful surroundings. I would definitely come back if I had another chance.

Very close to the Main Street and amenities. You do need a car for ease of movement. The apartment was clean and nicely furnished for a holiday apartment. The kitchen was well equipped and there were extra blankets for use during the cold days.

We tried to swim in the complex pool, but the pool was full of dead bugs (this was over the weekend and a public holiday - no workers). We couldn’t locate a pool sieve or other pool cleaning utensils to remove the dead bugs ourselves. It would be nice if they put these within easy reach, for a quick solution.

Location very nice, quite place excellent view

I liked everything about the property as i have seen it before. But if i use it next time i will need to hire a car to easly get to places.
