"Beautiful apartment in city center"

"Appartement très propre et propriétaire très gentille. C’est à proximité des marchés et commerces."

La propriétaire est agréable, à l’écoute, réactive et très gentille.

C’est au 3ème étage, sans ascenseur, ce qui n’est pas évident quand on a des grosses valises.

"Cozy, convenient and welcoming stay"

The apartment was incredible well located close to all the main sites in the city. The interior was cozy, modern and clean. Louise made sure that I felt like a welcomed guest in every way. She prepared water, juice and fresh fruit for my stay and answered every question I had. I was very satisfied and highly recommend the apartment.

"A very expensive mistake; buyer beware!!!"

Since I didn't have an internet connection or a functioning telephone, I didn't see the emails that the property sent me on the day of arrival. (They didn't send me instructions on the day prior to arrival only a phone number.) There was no signage on any building that I (or the taxi driver) could see near the Caisse d'Epargne Pointe-a-Pitre. There was no mention of the apartment's rough neighborhood. They cancelled the reservation and have charged me $281.

"Exceptional"

Huguette the host was so gracious and friendly! She made sure everything was communicated clearly before arrival, and even though I know very little French, she went the extra mile and translated all for me using Google translate etc. The apartment is huge and modern!! Huguette even thought of little touches like adding a bottle of water and juice in the fridge and also placing a fruit basket. Truly an amazing find and only wish I was able to stay longer!

It can get a little noisy, as you are right on the main city square.
