awesome view across the sea to the island . great air con throughout the property. quiet location, nice pool. we had a few things we struggled to work out like wifi, oven but the host answered our messages quickly and sent us videos and clear instructions in English which resolved the issues.

Appartamento con bellissimo arredamento, molto pulito, ottima posizione, splendida vista sull'isola di Tavolara. Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile.

La tassa di pulizia è cara, 120 euro, da pagare a parte, in contanti al momento del check-in. Un prezzo caro per le dimensioni dell'appartamento.

We had some issues with the electricity in the first 2 days but this was fixed and afterwards everything was fine.

La vue et la localisation

The pictures don't do it justice, the view is amazing and the accommodation had everything you could wish for. Perfect location for exploring the island and different beaches, and enjoying the view for breakfast and in the evenings, really nice place! The AC worked perfect also, nice a modern place.

Das Appartement ist Teil einer Appartementanlage und liegt etwas erhaben (ca. 80 hm über dem Ort) sodass man einen traumhaften Ausblick hat. Die große Terrasse liegt Richtung Osten, dh man hat in der Früh Sonne, und am Nachmittag/Abned ist es angenehm schattig. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit Geschirrspüler und Backrohr, im Bad gibt es eine Waschmaschine (was richtig fein ist!). Gut gefallen hat uns auch, dass es Steckdosenadapter (benötigt man für die bei uns üblichen C-Typ Stecker) gab! Was wir extrem nett gefunden haben, war, dass wir das Appartement einerseits statt erst um 15h bereits am Vormittag beziehen konnten, und dann auch noch am Abreisetag bis zum Abend nutzen durften! Danke Simone!! Es gibt in der Anlage einen sehr sauberen Pool, mit genialem Ausblick und etlichen Liegen. Der nächste (und eigentlich größte) Supermarkt in der näheren Umgebung ist mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Achtung: die "Parkplätze" an der Straße unmittelbar vor dem Supermarkt, die wir aufgrund der Beschilderung als Ladetätigkeit zum Einkaufen interpretiert haben, sind ausschließlich für LKW, die Waren für den Supermarkt anliefern! Die Polizei straft hier gnadenlos ab! Es gibt aber eine Tiefgarage, sodass parken kein Problem ist. Es gibt etliche kleinere Strände in der näheren Umgebung, wo man gratis parken kann. Diese Strände sind nicht so überlaufen, wie die bekannten großen Strände, wo man - wenn man überhaupt einen Parkplatz bekommt - immer zahlen muss (wobei das Zahlen noch das geringste Problem ist ;-), die Parkplätze sind sehr rar). Achtung: Polizei ist auch hier schnell beim Abkassieren, insbesondere wenn man mit Nicht-Italienischem Kennzeichen wo steht, wo man vermeintlich parken darf..... An felsigen Stränden sind Badeschuhe zu empfehlen (Seeigel!

Das ist keine Kritik, lediglich ein Hinweis für andere: Das Thema Müll ist auf Sardinien ein spezielles ;-). Es wird alles penibel getrennt (wie auch bei uns). Die verschiedenen Fraktionen werden an unterschiedlichen, fixen Tagen abgeholt. Es gibt im Appartement einen Kalender, wo genau vermerkt ist, wann was (vorne am Parkplatz) abgeholt wird. Nachdem die Abholung unseres Bio-Mülls erst beim dritten Anlauf (mit Simones Hilfe :-)) geklappt hat, ein kleiner Hinweis für alle: Der Biomüll ist in biologisch abbaubaren Säcken (= biodegradable) in den dafür vorgesehenen braunen Kunststoffeimern zur Abholung zu bringen. Teilweise sind die Sackerl, die man im Supermarkt an der Kassa erhält "biodegradable" (Steht dann auf dem Sackerl drauf), die Gemüsesäcke sowieso.

The location is fantastic with a great view from the terras. Also the little town is nice with plenty of restaurants nearby as well as supermarkets. Beaches are also close by but you need to have a car for sure. It is not walking distance. Community swimming pool is great but make sure you don't sit at other peoples chairs.

Although the kitchen has an oven and the like, every time you use it the fuse flips cutting the power. Same with the dishwasher and other electrical equipment. Another thing is that you need to separate the trash and they have specific days you can put them there but you can't do it the evening before as there are boars roaming around. When you do make the effort they don't even pick it up so you are stuck with a lot of trash.
