Loft with rooftop deck in the Malecon - Unit #206

Well-equipped small apartment adorned with mexican-style handicrafts according to gringo taste. As most restaurants close to the property were out of business, we cooked breakfast and dinner in the small kitchen and stuffed the fridge with our daily needs. There is a very sociable purring cat to receive the visitors and a good bakery next to the building.

Maybe it was the season, but at the end of december, the neighbourhood around the apartment was all but abandoned. Seemingly, there is some kind of bar street one block away, but it looked very dirty and abandoned. We ended watching series on the huge flat-screen TV after our excursions to the desert and beaches around Puerto Peñasco. The airco in the upstairs bedroom was cold, no matter how we tried to warm up the apartment in the rather cool and exceptionally rainy Baja winter days.

The location was close to all the activities I had reserved for my family. But it was like I was sleeping right outside the Las Vegas Strip but that’s my fault for not knowing. But my family and car were safe.

We loved everything, from the welcoming up until our check out. Very beautiful, comfortable, and we got the best of both worlds! Ocean view plus we were located in the heart of Puerto Peñasco. Walking distance to the Malecon, where we could see LIFE happening; the culture, the delicious food, live music, dancing, and let's not forget the souvenirs. The beach was only maybe a 10 minute drive, not bad at all. Parking is also very convenient at a low cost per day. Very clean, property managers very attentive to your needs, concerns, or questions you may have or arise. We highly recommend!! First time staying here, and look forward to coming back. Most important and amazing thing is the hospitality the locals were with us, simply amazing people. Thank you for your amazing hospitality.

The condo was super cute, spacious and clean. The people that oversee the property were super friendly and helpful. It is located right next to the Malecon, so we could walk everywhere wanted to go. We felt totally at home here and will definitley stay here again.

Our only complaint is the noise. We could here all the music from our room, one night until 3am. We figure that is a small price to pay for the amazing location.

Water pressure was an issue for showers and water drainage, but manageable
